On behalf of the Saskatchewan Healthcare Employees' Pension Plan (SHEPP) administrative team, I would like to welcome you to our website.

At SHEPP, our mission is to serve the best interests of our members, and this site is a reflection of that mindset. We believe cultivating a knowledgeable and informed membership is an important aspect of quality pension plan administration, so we've designed this website with that in mind. Within the pages of this site, you'll find information and resources relevant to each stage of your career and through retirement.

The website is also the gateway to our secure online portal, SHEPPWeb, which was recently overhauled to help improve your experience and provide you with more tools to actively manage your pension record. By logging into SHEPPWeb, you can perform pension projections, estimate the cost to purchase service, update your personal information and view your annual pension statement. For those who have never explored the tools and resources available on SHEPPWeb we've developed video tutorials to help you get started. For our participating employers, SHEPPWeb is the hub of pension administration activities, providing you access to employer guides, report and form generators, SHEPP's Secure Mailbox and other resources.

SHEPP's Organisational Chart

Strategic Plan

SHEPP's 2017-2021 Strategic Plan goal sets the priorities of the organisation and helps to focus our energy so we are working together toward common goals. Three important strategic goals have been identified as priorities for the Plan over the next five years:

  1. Enhance the long-term viability of the Plan by executing innovative strategies that protect the interests of the Plan and its members.
  2. Strengthen the relationship with the Partner Committees by enhancing communications, striving to educate and inform while encouraging effectiveness that benefits all Plan members.
  3. Maintain and enhance SHEPP's position as an industry leader by driving a culture of excellence and resilience.
