Message from the CEO

On behalf of the Saskatchewan Healthcare Employees' Pension Plan (SHEPP) administrative team, I would like to welcome you to our website.

In everything we do at SHEPP, we have our members' best interests in mind. Whether it's overseeing the Plan's assets, or providing exceptional service to our members, people are at the heart of everything we do. This is why we are constantly pushing for excellence in the way we administer the Plan.

SHEPPWeb - our secure online member portal is your pension hub. It offers you 24/7 access to valuable tools and resources whenever and wherever you want. Not only can you easily update your personal information, you can also view your pension statement and access valuable pension tools and resources. If you haven't already done so, I encourage you to try it and if you need assistance to login, feel free to contact us.

At SHEPP, not only do we strive to ensure the information you want is easy to find, but that you're able to make the most of the tools available online - no matter how computer-savvy you are. That's why we encourage you to watch our video tutorials - they're short and will help you make the most of the website as a Plan member.

SHEPP continues to look for ways to expand and improve the member experience, whether it's through our website, our traditional publications or through face-to-face interactions we have with members every day. We hope that you find the website helpful and a resource you will use again and again. Thanks for visiting our site.

Strategic Plan

SHEPP's 2017-2021 Strategic Plan sets the priorities of the organisation and helps to focus our energy so we are working together toward common goals. Three important strategic goals have been identified as priorities for the Plan over the next five years:

  1. Enhance the long-term viability of the Plan by executing innovative strategies that protect the interests of the Plan and its members.
  2. Strengthen the relationship with the Partner Committees by enhancing communications, striving to educate and inform while encouraging effectiveness that benefits all Plan members.
  3. Maintain and enhance SHEPP's position as an industry leader by driving a culture of excellence and resilience.
