How do I change my mailing address?

You can update your address immediately by signing into SHEPPWeb and selecting Update my Address. You can also update your mailing address by contacting our office by email at or by phone at 306.751.8300 (in Regina) or toll free at 1.866.394.4440. This will ensure you receive your T4A and other important SHEPP mail in a timely manner.

How do I change my banking information?

For security reasons, changes to your banking information must be made in writing. There are three ways to change your banking information:

  1. Complete and submit a Direct Deposit Authorisation form.
  2. Send SHEPP a signed letter with your name, address and new banking information. Be sure to attach a personal cheque marked "Void".
  3. Submit a direct deposit form from your bank.

Can I change my beneficiary?

Yes, you can easily change your beneficiary by completing and submitting a Designation of Beneficiary form. Once you've submitted the form to SHEPP, it replaces any previous designations.

Keep in mind that if you have a spouse within the meaning of the Plan at your retirement, and your spouse does not waive his or her entitlement to survivor benefits, your spouse is entitled to the survivor benefits payable regardless of any other beneficiary you have designated.
